Returns & Exchange

What if I don't like the clothing items or they don’t fit?
If you bought your Stromberg Clothing & Collectibles product online direct from stromberg-97.com, and not from a third party, (eg. a Genuine Stromberg dealer), and wish to cancel or return your order, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please see “What's your Return & Exchange policy”, below.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sales@stromberg-97.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return. We will email you a Returns Form (by pdf file) with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number which must be quoted on the return parcel to us. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for further details.
 
If you bought your Stromberg product from a third party ,please contact them for details of their own return policies.
 
If you want to exchange your product for a different style, colour or size, we will cancel the original order and issue a new order for the alternative product, informing you of any price adjustment. If the new style/size/colour is unavailable, we will let you know by email.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you haven't submitted an order, you may add or subtract items from your shopping basket at any time, or click the 'Remove' button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.
 
Once the purchase is confirmed, if you live within the European Union (EU), and bought your Stromberg Clothing & Collectibles products direct from stromberg-97.com, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days of receiving it. Just email us at sales@stromberg-97.com to request cancellation. If you have already received the goods, for a full refund (including original shipping to you) you will need to return the entire order at your own cost. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost. In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
 
If you live outside the European Union (eg. USA) you may still cancel your order, and return the goods, but your refund will not include the original shipping to you.

What's your Return & Exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on all items bought direct from stromberg-97.com and aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. If you want to change your product for a different style, size or colour, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sales@stromberg-97.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return. We will email you a Returns Form (by pdf file) with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number which must be quoted on the return parcel to us.
 
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchased while they are in your possession. This means that you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in a store, but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.
 
You can send the item(s) back to us through any postal service of your choice, with the completed Returns Form. Items should, wherever possible, be returned in their original packaging.
 
It is very important that when you return an item you include the Returns Form as it will include the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you require.
 
If the new stylesize/ colour is unavailable, we will refund your card and email to let you know.
 
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so, for your own protection, we recommend that you send it certified mail with insurance for the full value of the goods. We cannot refund Return and Exchange items lost in the post. As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.

When do I get my refund?
Please allow 10-14 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email (sent to the same email address as your order confirmation). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to clear into your account. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer.
 
Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, (eg. the card has expired) we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Please do NOT ship your return parcel from USA back to the UK. If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'. Under no circumstances will we pay customs duty in order to receive back our clothes.

Shipping & Handling

I see Stromberg HQ is in England. How do you ship to USA and Canada?
Clothing & Collectibles orders from Stromberg-97.com to USA and Canada will usually be shipped from our warehouse in Kentucky, USA. We may use a range of ground carriers who quote up to five days for delivery. We can deliver to your place of employment but, for security purposes, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
 
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way, with tracking details if available.
 
Please note that we occasionally ship some orders from the UK if US stocks are temporarily low. From the UK to the USA, our systems are designed to settle any import or customs duty or tax on your behalf. In the rare event that you, rather than us, are charged US import duties or fees for US customs clearance, simply email us proof of payment (and the customs paperwork showing that the charges relate to a Stromberg parcel) and we’ll gladly reimburse you.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two (2) working days from when the order is placed. Shipping & handling charges are quoted when you order. A signature is required on delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, the carrier will leave a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Am I liable for import and customs fees?
International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities and shipments between countries are subject to Federal import regulations which can incur duties and taxes levied as the parcels enter the country. With the exception of the shipments by Stromberg-97.com from UK to the USA, local import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please do not ask us to provide false documentation to reduce charges.
 
All customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches the destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We've tried to keep the prices down as much as possible and offer shipping & handling from as little as $4.95 in USA and £3.95 in the UK with First Class mail. Remember, for all EU countries we include VAT! To make things fair, we base your shipping & handling charge on the weight of the items. Here is a table of how we work it out and how long it should take to get your parcel.
 
Please remember, the stated delivery periods are approximate so please wait a little longer before asking us about lost parcels. Some services are tracked and we will send you the tracking details with your shipping advice.
 
If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock, but you will be charged only once for shipping. Please check items received against the enclosed delivery note.
