Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
No. You just need to enter your details when you check out. Just complete the fields on screen and remember to have your payment and address details to hand. Your billing address should be exactly the same as the address registered to your credit/debit card. You can, of course, enter a different shipping address.

How can I pay for my order?
stromberg-97.com only accepts debit and credit cards issued by Mastercard and Visa, and payment by PayPal to sales@stromberg-97.com. While we take security very seriously indeed (please click on ‘Shopping Securely’ for full details), if you are not happy about revealing your card details online, we recommend you make your purchase through a Genuine Stromberg dealer (click on ‘Dealer Network’ for a full list).
 
All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. If you pay by PayPal or with a card payment, you will receive confirmation of your payment via email from PayPal (as our card merchant provider). Receipt of other payments will be confirmed by email or simply by dispatch of the goods.
 
All online orders will be paid in full before shipment. If you’re in the USA and Canada, you should pay in US dollars. If you’re in the UK, EU or another country, you should pay in UK pounds sterling.

Can I review my order at a later date?
Yes, you can. Go to our Clothing & Collectibles main page and click the ‘Check order status’ button. Enter the email address you ordered with, plus the unique User ID listed on your purchase confirmation email. The next page will show your order details in full, complete with confirmation of shipping, and tracking details if available.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax or VAT?
Prices shown on this website are full recommended retail prices (including local taxes). If you buy online at stromberg-97.com within North America, you do not pay local Sales Taxes. UK and EU customers will pay Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) on qualifying purchases. No VAT is charged to customers from outside the EU, provided the order leaves the UK direct from us. This includes products shipped by us from our US or UK warehouse to customers in North America.

When will I be charged?
If your payment is authorized, the funds will be 'reserved' in your account for us and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. The payment will only be completed upon dispatch of the final part of your order.
 
If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment. Don't despair at this stage, because there may still be something simple that can be done to get the payment authorized.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you haven't submitted an order, you may add or subtract items from your shopping basket at any time, or click the 'Remove' button next to the product you do not wish to purchase.
 
Once the purchase is confirmed, if you live within the European Union (EU), and bought your Stromberg Clothing & Collectibles products direct from stromberg-97.com, you have the right to cancel the whole order within seven (7) working days of receiving it. Just email us at sales@stromberg-97.com to request cancellation. If you have already received the goods, for a full refund (including original shipping to you) you will need to return the entire order at your own cost.
 
If you live outside the European Union (eg. the USA) you may still cancel your order, and return the goods, but your refund will not include the original shipping costs to you. Please see our full Returns & Exchange policy for further information.
 
If you bought your Stromberg product from a third party (eg. a Genuine Stromberg dealer), please contact them for details of their own return policies.

What if I don't like the clothing items?
We accept returns and exchanges on all items and aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. If you bought your Stromberg Clothing & Collectibles product online direct from stromberg-97.com (and not from a third party), and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at sales@stromberg-97.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return. We will email you a Returns Form (by pdf file) with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number which must be quoted on the return parcel to us. Please see our Returns & Exchange policy for further details.

What if my clothing doesn’t fit or I want to exchange it for something else?
If you bought your Stromberg Clothing & Collectibles product online direct from stromberg-97.com (and not from a third party), and you want to change your product for a different style, size or colour, please email us at sales@stromberg-97.com within 7 days of receipt to request a return. We will email you a Returns Form (by pdf file) with a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number which must be quoted on the return parcel to us. Please see our full Returns & Exchange policy for further details. We will cancel the original order and issue a new order for the alternative product, informing you of any price adjustment. If the new style/size/colour is unavailable, we will let you know by email.

What if I receive a faulty item?
If you think the item you received is faulty, please email us at sales@stromberg-97.com within seven (7) days, providing as many details as possible about the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Please see our full Returns & Exchange policy for further information.
 
Naturally, we warrant our clothing to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing. Please see our Limited Warranty statement for full details.

What if I receive an incorrect item on my order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, we apologise, of course. Please contact us immediately at sales@stromberg-97.com and we will advise on how to proceed with the return. Please include as many details as possible about the error.

What if there is an item missing from my order?
We apologise, of course, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, mistakes can happen. Sometimes we don't send everything you've ordered at the same time, so please first check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
 
If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel, but it is not, please contact us at sales@stromberg-97.com and we will try to fix the mistake as quickly as possible.

What happens if an item I order is unavailable?
We try to avoid back-orders, but occasionally this is unavoidable. If an item will be restocked at the warehouse within a reasonable time (two to three days), we may delay your shipment so we can fulfil it in full. If, for any reason, there will be a delay in fulfilling part of your order, back-ordered items will be noted on the delivery note. We will not send substitutes. Back-ordered items will not be billed until such time as they become available, and shipped as soon as possible. You will not be charged shipping for back-ordered items shipped alone. If an item is no longer available, we will remove it from the website as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you have already ordered it, we’ll let you know.
